Why engage me?
With over 25 years of experience in economic development, my primary areas of expertise are SME clusters, entrepreneurship, and Local/Regional Development, largely focusing on project management, development policy, capacity building, and facilitating strategic processes.
As a freelance consultant, I have engaged in projects funded by the European Union (EU), as well as those supported by international multilateral and bilateral agencies such as the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC), Austrian Development Agency (ADA), World Bank, and Luxembourg Development. In these projects, I have taken on roles including Team Leader, Project Coordinator, Key International Expert, and Non-key Expert.
My international career has led me to provide consulting services, design, and deliver training programs, and give presentations for private companies, public institutions, and non-governmental organizations across a wide range of countries. These include Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Bulgaria, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Jordan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and the USA.
